The choice to add Route Insurance is yours, and we respect it. Opting for Route Insurance means your package's journey is backed by an extra safety net. However, if you choose not to purchase it, please note that we can't be held responsible for packages marked as "delivered" but not received.

b. Without Route Insurance: If you decided not to opt for Route Insurance and encounter the same situation, here's what you can do:

i. Double-Check Your Address: Ensure your provided shipping address is accurate and matches your location.

ii. Neighborhood Exploration: Sometimes packages can take a detour to a neighboring doorstep. Check around, and ask your neighbors too.

iii. USPS Direct Contact: Reach out to USPS customer service with your tracking number. They'll assist you in filing a claim to resolve the issue.
